Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through lastexit.shop, a trading name of Gold Standard eCommerce (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 67983901).
Processing and shipping
Order on a working day before 16:00 and your order leaves the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays ship the next working day.
Enamel and neon are fragile at the edges. We therefore pack every piece carefully and individually. Enamel signs ship insured with DPD, with track & trace. As soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier you receive the track & trace code by email.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. Above the threshold in the table, shipping is free. The exact rate for your address is always shown in the cart and at checkout, before you pay.

Large or heavy pieces such as petrol pumps and big neon signs fall outside these rates. For those, shipping is listed separately on the product page, or we contact you in advance about the cost and the delivery.
Delivery time
Within the Benelux, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days, elsewhere in Europe 3 to 8 working days, counted from the moment of shipping. Outside Europe the delivery time depends on the destination and customs. Delivery times are an indication; by law we deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise together.
Large and heavy pieces
Petrol pumps and other large objects are delivered on a pallet or by ourselves. We agree this in advance and always make a delivery appointment. Pallet shipments are delivered to the first door and not carried inside.
Collection
Collection is possible by appointment at Byte 2, 7741 MK Coevorden, the Netherlands. That is especially handy for larger pieces. Email info@lastexit.shop or send a WhatsApp to +31 85 200 7067 to arrange a time.
Ordering from outside the EU
If we deliver to a country outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein or Monaco, that country's import rules apply. Import duties, local VAT and any clearance fees are levied by the customs or the carrier in your own country and are not included in our prices and shipping rates. Those costs are for your account.
Nobody home
The carrier makes a second delivery attempt or delivers your parcel to a nearby pickup point. That does not apply to pallet shipments: those always come with a delivery appointment.
Damage or loss
Check your order on receipt. If the parcel arrived damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product and email them within 7 days to info@lastexit.shop. We handle the claim with the carrier; you need not do anything for that. Replacing is not always possible with unique pieces, refunding is. If your parcel shows as delivered in track & trace but you have received nothing, contact us as well and we open an enquiry with the carrier.
